We strive for maximum accuracy in our product descriptions. However:

• Natural Variations: Our sesame wood dishes are handcrafted from natural materials. You acknowledge that slight variations in grain, color, and texture are unique characteristics of the wood and are not considered defects.
• Safety: Our kids' dishes must be used under adult supervision. We provide care instructions (e.g., hand-washing only) that must be followed to ensure the longevity and safety of the product.
• Comfort Products: Our pillows and car accessories are designed for general comfort. They are not medical devices and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or orthopedic treatment.

• Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed do not include shipping fees or taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• We aim to process orders within 7 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our shipping partners. TUKSHI is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier-specific issues.
• Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate; we cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

• Pillows: For hygiene reasons, pillows can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original vacuum-sealed packaging. Used pillows cannot be returned.
• Sesame Wood Dishes: Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper care (such as dishwasher use or soaking) is not covered.
• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at sales@tukshi.om within 7 days of delivery.

TUKSHI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
